Alice L. Hartwell

Greetings! My name is Alice L. Hartwell, and I specialize in the Northeast Los Angeles communities of Eagle Rock, Highland Park, Mt. Washington, Glassell Park, Montecito Heights and surrounding areas. Originally from Maine, I came to California in 1969, one year after graduating from the University of Maine with a B.A. in music. I purchased my home in Eagle Rock in 1975 and have been in real estate here since 1988.

My professional background is varied, beginning with public school music teaching, and migrating through stints in advertising, research and development, accounting and media buying, before deciding on a career in real estate. I enjoy my job and work hard at it. My clients (and their pets, too!) are very important to me, and your complete satisfaction is my goal. After all, you are trusting me with one of the biggest decisions of your lives, and I take that responsibility seriously. My involvement in real estate goes beyond listing and selling. Since 1991 I have been caravan chairperson for the Northeast MLS – now a part of the Glendale MLS – and was a member of The Board of Directors for three years.
