Born in Ecuador, in very good health, bilingual, certified accountant, married with 3 children and homeowner living in the Northeast Los Angeles Area for over 25 years.

After living 8 years in New York (Manhattan), I came down to California (Los Angeles) and worked with my wife and family. I set up my citizenship and owned my first home and jewelry designs and repairs business for about 15 years.

Then I decided to work as a real estate agent since I like working and dealing directly with people. Therefore, I am reliable, courteous, professional and always ready to go the extra mile that is my personal goal.

My background is composed of satisfied and happy clientele inside and outside of my community, which is my pride. It is challenging and fulfilling to gain the trust and confidence from my perspective customers.

The historic, eclectic and diverse communities of Northeast Los Angeles grew from the gentle valley and hillsides along the Arroyo Seco, stretching in between Downtown Los Angeles and Pasadena.

The Arts and Crafts Movement celebrated individualism, creativity and pride of craftsmanship as a rebuttal to the Industrial Revolution , and as a counterpoint to Victorian formality.

The spirit of the Arts and Crafts Movement continues today as a vital and thriving Arts Community rooted in Northeast Los Angeles.
